Title: Windows Security message every time I start MC24
Post by: AudioHeal on August 25, 2018, 11:31:55 am
I can't upload attachments here. Keep getting a "not writable" error.

Anyway, I keep getting this message every time I start MC24 now. I'm running Windows 10. Is there a security setting I can turn off to get rid of it? I'm running Windows 10.

Here is the message:

"Do You Want to view the webpage content that was delivered securly?

This webpage contains content that will not be delivered using a secure HTTPS connection, which could comprimise the security of the entire webpage."

OK, it is Aug 27 and I saw a post from this morning that all is repaired from the breakin.... however I am still getting that security popup when I start jRiver24. The "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?"  Should I expect this to continue into the future...i.e. is this the "new normal"?  I really would appreciate a response, not just a link to the topic about the break in.  Thanks.

No, it's not normal. They're aware of it and they'll fix it within a few days.

It's a mixed content warning from the default Internet Explorer web engine MC uses. You can try changing it to Chromium in MC's options - it shouldn't show any security popups then.

The start page mixed warning issue is fixed.
