Title: Problem with Bluetooth headphones
Post by: jkauff on August 28, 2018, 07:14:20 am
I'm not able to play movie audio through my Bluetooth headphones. They work fine in all other applications. Are there special settings within MC 24 I need to apply?

EDIT: Audio files within MC also play through the headphones with no problem.

It's very common for Bluetooth headphones to only play 44.1kHz audio.  Most movies have 48kHz audio.  MC is probably saying something like "could not start playback at 48kHz on blah blah headphones".

The solution is to have MC convert 48kHz to 44.1kHz.

Player > DSP Studio
Output Format (make sure it's checked):
  Sample Rate
    Input:  48kHz  Output:  44.1kHz

Save it, then restart MC and try again.  It should work then.  :)
