Hi
New IPOD, recognized just fine by MC9. Can successfully transfer .mp3 from server (using Media Server) to IPOD.
However, my files are all in .wma format. Doing a conversion to mp3 or VBR mp3 while transferring causes MC9 to crash.
Server is win2k. Client is win xp home.
Also, trying to do a simple conversion, file is listed as "file not found" under Status in File Convert dialog.
What can I do/provide to help solve this puzzle?
Thanks for the cool product.

Can you try converting a file without uploading first? Just as a test? Try installing the WMA encoder plug-in.
Make sure you have recent versions of both MC and the iPod plug-in.
Don't use Media Server if you are also doing conversions (as a test).
Please switch to the iPod support thread.
