Question:
May I listen FM Radio from TV Tuner Card in Media Center?

Yes and no.

FM radio is not part of the user interface. So you can not directly access the radio channels.

But for some cards that have FM radio, there is a round-about way of getting there. Go to TV Configuration paperty sheet and choose "Advanced Properties" tab. Double click "TV Tuner..." in the list box. From the driver-provided dialog, you may be able to choose FM versus TV, and tune to a station.

It seems most radio stations also provide for streaming audio ... altho very few stream at better than 128kbps.
