Hi!  
Question:
How I can view 2 TV Tuner card in Media Center?
My cards
ATI All-in-Wonder
Genius Video Wonder II

You can not view them simultaneously.

To switch between cards, right-click, and select TV Options, Devices. Choose the video device from the list (video devices are listed before audio devices, exactly two devices should have check marks before them, one video, one audio).
