Is JRiver still able to support DFX or FxSound?

It does, I have it installed.

Please note however:
- you won't be able to use it with ASIO, but you will with WASPI and all other "sound share" modes,
- you won't be able to install it via the DSP studio, you need to run it separately from MC.
