bought jriver yesterday with paypal  Transaction ID: 369313854D848743Y 
not sent a code

so, they didnt recover from the data breach and I should dispute the paypal transaction? Or will I get a code??

Awesome Donkey's link would normally work, but since you filed a claim with Paypal, the money was on hold and the link won't work.

I refunded the purchase.

I believe this is a Paypal problem, not a problem with our servers.

Once you have received the refund, please purchase again.  If there is a problem, post here and we'll be able to fix it.

Paypal shows the refund as complete.  The case you opened is now closed.
