Title: Guide listing programs with no channel

I am now using SchedulesDirect for my guide info as I couldn't get anything else working. I have a curated list of channels now that are fine, however the guide when viewing "All Programs" starts with a massive long list of shows with no channel listed next to them. You have to scroll down several pages to get to the "real" channel data. If I view "Favorite Channels", everything is fine.
Any ideas how to get rid of the "ghost" stuff?

Tools>Options>Television>Manage Channels> hide any channels you don't want to see.

Yes, they are either hidden or deleted, but these are not showing "any" channel. See attached screenshot...
