Title: Never received a license key

I purchased and was billed for an upgrade to MC24. However, I never received a registration key. If I request a new key now it just emails me a key that is not valid (I presume it is for MC23) and asks if I want to upgrade!

You need to install MC24 and restore your license.  Here's how to recover your license:

It's possible the e-mail is in your SPAM folder.  It comes from buy-button at jriver.
