Hi:
I was wondering if it was possible to achieve this:
1. User clicks on play button to play an audio file OR a queued audio file is about to start playing from a playlist
2. Need: the file [that's about to start playing] to be converted to WMA into a predefined "scratch" folder
3. Need: the converted WMA file to play instead of the user selected or queued file
4. Need: all of this to be transparent to the user except for the time lag in the WMA file actually starting to play [because of the time it takes to convert to WMA]
Is this possible to achieve?
If yes, any pointers on how to achieve this using .NET.
P.S. I'm conversant with .NET
TIA
