Title: Wrong colors when playing videos
Post by: 8139david on November 03, 2018, 12:06:30 am
Hi,
I have the latest version of MC installed.
When I play any video, the colors are wrong: there is some kind of yellow cast over everything.
(By contrast, if I play the video on VLC, the colors are natural.)
How can I fix that?

Well that sounds..... odd...

Have a look under Tools--> Options--> Video and try a few settings such as:
- Video Mode: Red October Standard Vs Red October HQ
- Hardware accelerate video decoding when possible: Checked vs Un-Checked
- Optimise hardware decoding for performance: Checked vs Un-Checked

Does any of these make a difference?

No change at all.

Maybe something was set wrong on my Intel graphic cards. I changed a setting there and now colors seem right on MC.
