Title: Save DSP filters disappear after software update
Post by: harlington on November 11, 2018, 12:48:15 pm
Hi all,
I have lots of filters saved under JRiver DSP.  I didn't realize I was running my MC24 under ProgramFile X86 (32 bit version) from my Win 7 64 bit PC.  So I went a head and download and install the 64 bit MC24 version.  Upon launching the 64 bit version (from ProgramFile), I lost all of my saved DSP filters.  I have this same exact problem updating my PC from Win 7 64 bit to Win 10 64 bit that I also lost ALL saved DSP filters.  The question is where are these filters stored or how I can retrieve them back?  TIA.

You could try restoring a library backup of 32bit MC into the 64bit version. Back up the 64bit version first just in case.

Thanks so much Spike. That works.
