Title: Library In Read Only-Mode
Post by: Steve Keen on November 13, 2018, 12:41:37 pm
Just upgraded to 24 from 21 today. I have a custom library for my classical recordings. But when I switch to this library, I get a message that the data is read only and that changes to the data will not be saved. How do I make this library fully functional?

If more than one user is connected, only the first user can write changes.  Try rebooting if you can't find out why it's happening.

If it's not that Media Server is running the files in directory the library is stored in is read-only or you don't have permissions to write them (different user, etc). you could get this message.

Navigate to the folder in explorer and right-click on a file in it to see if this is the case.
