I have already put a message. As I can not contact J River directly (it seems to be forbidden), will somebody tell me why I am getting the error, not just tell me what I already know, as I said before I have already tried all the normal methods, I get an internal error from the program. If I can't get help perhaps I can get my £25 back please

1- JRiver don't refund
2- Post your problem, your system configuration and MJ or MC version

2. You have already talked to the CEO Of J River "JimH"

so it is not like no one is trying to help you

3. you need to keep some remarks you made in check about pirating MJ

I have sent a message to the CEO, and deleted your message.

if you continue to post messages about pirating MJ your messages will be deleted, and your access to post in the forum will be removed.

If no refunds then how about some actual help. I saw a comment that the problem had been fixed, in which release. Anyway I run version 8 release 394, and winXP etc, what else do you need to know
