Title: Music files not transfering to Internal storage of AK70

what does it mean when you attempt to export music files by dragging and dropping them from the jriver media center 24 to the internal storage area for an Astell & Kern AK70 music player to the windows 10 explorer icon and you are prevented from adding it to the internal storage of the player and you get a message that states. "Your file type will be changed." There is an icon of a circle with a slash across it when you hover over the AK70 icon in the windows explorer screen?
I have never had this happen before. I added files to this unit just a couple weeks ago and no problem.
Any ideas?

I would have a good read of the AK70 user instructions to see what might be the problem. I don't have an AK70 but on my sony devices I have to switch between the internal or external storage. I cannot transfer to both at once.
