MC (newest build) crashes while typing something into the search bar.

24.0.70?

24.0.69 and after an update 24.0.70, too
-
It looks like it crashes in the MP4 plugin, so possibly related to the fixes we've done on that quite recently, which would show up in the next Mac build then.

At the moment it is possible to start MC and to play music but after typing into the search field something like "bpo proms" MC crashes.
Appended is the news crash report.
For a long time now MC and WaveLab Pro (both the actual version with the newest builds) don't work together. As I understand both take the control over the Mac's audio drivers. Mostly WaveLab looses the fight and crashes if I am working with both programs simultaneously.
The last crashes have nothing to do with that bug - WaveLab 9.5 was not open during the crash.

I am having frequent crashes, too, with .70, whenever I try to do anything other than just play music -- tagging files, altering the view, etc. MC just disappears/quits and needs a re-launch. Running the last version of Mojave.
