Title: MediaCenter not seeing my Pono? Please HELP?

I have downloaded latest software for Mac from this thread.  However, it is not seeing my Pono.  What I see is the MediaCenter icon in the doc and right next to it and a blinking arrow under and invisible icon.

Am I missing a driver or something?

Please advise?

Does the demo support Pono connectivity?

Why would I ever buy this software when:

1> There is zero support
2> There is zero evidence it connects with the only product I would connect to it

Yes, it does.  There is a Pono board here.
