Title: Can't delete some user fields
Post by: 8139david on January 19, 2019, 08:01:41 am
At some point I created some user fields.
Now I want to delete them.
So in the options, I go to "Manage library fields", show only user fileds, and delete the fields in question.
They seem deleted.
But if I close JRiver and restart it, they come back!
I've done this repeatedly: no way to get read of these fields (called, eg, Work, Movement, etc).
What can I do?

I'm using the program from the computer on which JRiver is installed.
I try to delete these user fields, but they come back. (NB: I've been able to delete some more recent user fields.)
(I have an internet radio connected through the server. That doesn't seem related. I've stopped the server and the problem remains.)

Those two are default MC fields.

[Movement Count], [Movement Number], [Show Work Movement] and [Initial Key] are the other default fields that have user flags. (six altogether)

If you delete them, MC will recreate them at next launch...

I see, thanks.

Why do they have user flags it they are default MC fields? That's what confused me...
