Title: How to transfer playlists from one computer to another?

My current PC that I use to run MC24 is getting old (8+ years) so I am contemplating building a brand new computer to run MC 24 (and eventually MC25). I currently have over 100 playlists on my old computer in MC24 that I would want to transfer to my new computer. Can this be done, and if so how is this accomplished?

If you use the same file locations on the new PC, you can backup your library on the old machine and restore on the new one.
