Title: MC9 v. MJ8/ MM Convert

I downloaded MC9 and quickly decided I will converting from Musicmatch.  If I am only going to use the audio file functions is there a reason to go with 9 v. 8 (and the extra $15)?  If so, what are the benefits (is stability one  -- I have read that is a problem with MJ8 ) ?
