Title: Upgrade to version 25 failed

I bought an upgrade from version 23 to version 25 and the installation failed.
I get the message: Your licence is for a different product.  I have no idea what this means. I was following the email instructions to upgrade my registered v 23.

I find the upgrade support shamefully lacking - it is resulting in a lot of stress and frustration and there is not email contact number.

I hope someone can help

You have a "Media Center 25 Windows" license.  Thanks!

Just install the latest MC24 and restore the license.  Here's a link to the build:
