Title: Using JRiver MC 24 with no internet

Hey y'all! I'm a Plex user and have not been too happy with the way that Plex has been messing up my video library and the changing of the user interface. I've been looking at JRiver, but was wondering if it will work just fine without Internet access? I plan on having my HTPC disconnected from the Internet. Will this be a problem? Thanks in advance! - Jeremy

Welcome to the forum.  MC will work without an Internet connection once you have it licensed and have played a video.

It wont accept my license key, says it cant verify.  I cannot get an internet connection on this machine, ive tried everything but it wont connect. Is there any workaround?

For MC to get licensed it has to have an internet connection at least while it's being licensed.
