I have been using JRemote for years, and I constantly add tweaks to my extensive and heavily customized navigation structure (this flexibility is one big drive for me to go back to MC - if I wouldn't have that I'd probably be all Spotify by now).
Lately I have been wondering what the pro's and cons are to set up views specifically for JRemote etc. in the Options panel vs. defining everything as standard Library Views and then using the option to 'Add... Library Item from Standard View' in the Options panel when creating the JRemote specifics.
At this stage, my JRemote navigation is completely managed in the Options menus, but it might
- be easier to maintain if using standard views?
- it would give the same navigation menus when not using JRemote (and Panel, ...)
Any thoughts on this, anyone, any strong opinions?
