Title: Why plug-ins not deleted?

Why are the DLL of the plug-ins not deleted even I've chosen to delete the plug-ins from MC? ?

All plug-ins, e.g. MP3 encoder, WMA encoder, dsp etc.
I clicked uninstall in plug-in manager, the plug-ins are removed from the list. I am wondering why the DLL of the plug-ins are not deleted too.
