Title: Sync issue m4a lossless audio to LG v30

Hi guys,
I try to sync a playlist to my LG v30 device but in the MC24 (Windows) sync view it shows that the file type is not supported. The files in question are lossless ALAC files (m4a).

The thing is when I copy the m4a files over manually via Windows Explorer I can listen to them with no issue on the device.

I also tried in the sync options to use "encode to flac when necessary" and use "original" but it didn't help.

What's the issue here?

Allright I figured it out. I need to set the conversion mode like in the screenshot.

But still why can't I sync m4a directly?

In MC's Sync options, you can set the supported file types.
