Title: Jittery cable video

I use JRiver on 5 different TVs. On just one, while watching cable TV the video is jittery. Audio is fine. This just happened this evening. No settings have been changed. It doesn’t happen while playing back recorded video files. Only live cable and happens to varying degrees on most if not all channels

Do you use Red October HQ?  Try switching to RO Standard.

Also, with HQ, you can try changing Quality Setting to "Best Performance"
