Title: Players Synchronization, Conversion, output format indicated if necessary

Hello,
I would like when syncing to a sd card used by a player that only accepts mp3 and flac format, convert m4a files to flac and do not convert mp3 files to flac if that is not necessary.
I use for this purpose in the synchronization option "use the output format indicated if necessary, but it does not work, I think it must be indicated formats that are not compatible, but or?

Under Settings>Handheld>Files, Path & More>Supported Types, enter: mp3,flac
