You have to have it stored on a server and then link to it...

gvag,

I asked this question some months ago and RandyP was kind enough to share the following:

Hi John,

Thanks for the kind note. I'm glad they're worthwhile!

I use Alt+PrintScreen (or PrintScreen) to capture the image into the system Clipboard. I paste that into Paint, which I can store as a reasonable JPG with the XP version of Paint.

To resize things or get high-quality GIFs, I use Micrografx Picture Publisher; you could use Photo$hop also. Crop as req'd, resize with Smart Sizing, then use Unsharp Masking to focus the reduced image.

Give it a try.

Getting the screenshot is the easy part.  Having a server or some ISP space to store it on that allows external linking is the problem!!

Most DSL ISP's (Internet Revealed in my case) give you like 10 MB's of disk space on their servers to store stuff on. May be the case for cable as well. You may want to ask your ISP.

Every ISP I've had provided this amount.

To All -

Yes, I do have storage on my ISP and a guru buddy who can walk me thru the process.

Thanks!
