Title: Clearing search removes selected fields in pane window

Not sure if this is a setting or a change in MC function. Here is an example.  In pane view I am searching for an artist via a song name. After results show I select the artist and clear the search to view all their songs.  This then clears the selected artist as well.?

I don't think there's a setting for it, but I hope it's an easy fix because it's very frustrating when it happens.

This will be changed in MC 25.
