Title: TBS 6902 DVBS/S2 BDA Tuners

I am trying to set up the above satellite card.  JRiver sees the card and goes through the whole setup process seamlessly but when it comes to do a scan, it tells me that the tuner(s) is/are not connected or busy.  I have tested the feed with my Humax box and proved that the signal is strong.  Using the Astra 28.2 satellite.
Both tuners sit there 'initializing'.  Is there something I am missing?

PS: I've just loaded a 'freebe' called ProgDVB which works perfectly.  Many hundreds of channels!  What is JRiver not doing?

Check "Load program guide..." and see if it was set to automatically load epg using over-the-air mode.  Disable the automatic loading for now until you successfully scan channels.
