Title: Bugs with WMA Lossless and seeks

When using WMA Lossless files - especially through a Media Server library - seeking within the playing file very often hang Media Center.

It just says "Buffering" endlessly (with a 1 sec song segment playing repeatedly). I normally have to kill the process to "recover".

This only happen with WMA lossless, and I couldn't repro in Windows Media Player. The same file(s) converted to APE didn't have this problem (hence I converted all of them for now...)

This might take a few try but I usually repro after 3-5 seeks.

Back from the dead, as this happens with 11.0.16x library server clients too.

How does seeking interact with on-the-fly downconversion?
