Title: Help with missing tracks (songs)

I have media 19.  Every once in a while I burn a disc onto hard drive and media center doesn’t see all tracks (songs) on cd I burned.  I see them on my hard drive but media center might see all but 1 or 2 or 3 tracks.  I see most of my burned CDs in complete file arrangement.  Its just now and then Media center doesn't see all tracks.

I think you mean rip, not burn.

The tags are probably not correct in the ripped files.

Try ripping with MC.
