I have not received my receipt after purchasing MC25 during the pre-order period. I paid with PayPal, got the receipt from PayPal but not from JRiver. When I try the "special" PayPal recover page, the transaction is not being recognized.
It also seems like my history with you (been a customer for several versions) has disappeared, I was not able to retrive password or license when I tried. I had to create a new account to enter this forum.
Please assist.

Your licenses are fine. I just re-sent them by using option #2 on the Restore Page.
I can't explain the forum account problem. Did you register for one?
