Title: Trouble acquiring license after Paypal transaction.

Hello, as the 'subject' states. When I input the transaction ID I receive this-

"We could not authenticate your transaction.

Please try later at JRiver's PayPal support page. You will need your PayPal Transaction ID.

Please visit Interact for technical support."

If you have already purchased, that Paypal page won't help.  Please read this:
