Title: Something went wrong with playback

since today's upgrade, media center no longer works. "something went wrong with playback"  when playing to "Player" and when playing to my Marantz 5012 the player shows it in pause mode and I am unable to over ride the pause.

Try setting up audio again.

Make sure no other audio program is using WASAPI in Exclusive Mode.

Reboot and power cycle your Marantz.
