Title: Reset Cloudplay Password Not Working?

Hi. I forgot my password to get into Cloudplay from within MC25, so I followed the instructions under "Forgot Your Password?" However, after resetting, the "Invalid User or Password" message appears. I tried 5 times and then was locked out of my account. So I submitted a request to unlock the account, but did not receive any instructions back.

Help?

I'm having the same problem.

I'm here: https://user.jriver.com/users/signin. Using MS Edge browser.

Password+email doesn't work. I click "Forgot Your Password?" and change the password, this generates a login page and the message "You must be signed in."

Login with my  email and new password generates "Invalid username or password."

Tried login using my forum name, also didn't work.

Also tried clearing cookies and using a private window, didn't work.

Sorry guys, I'm looking into it this morning.  I'll report back when I figure it out.

Could you try again?  It should work now.

JohnT, yes --- I was able to reset my password and login successfully. Good work!

Looking forward to checking out this feature.

It needs to be used inside MC (not just from a browser yet) to get the full benefit.

Please try again, it should work now.
