Title: Crashes While Importing Media

I'm a new user consider switching over from MMJB for use with my iPod.  Windows XP, nothing unusual in the box.

After I installed MJ I attempted to import media - all from one of my directories - about 5000 mp3's.

After importing about 3000 the program crashed.  I rebooted and tried again, etc. etc. etc.

Any thoughts anyone?

Try splitting the files in several parts and see if you can import each part.  If one fails, split it again.  

If you can find the file or files that causes the problem, please save it and post here.  We'd like to see it.

Also try importing single file types (mp3, for example) each try.

Thanks for the reply.  I figured out that what was creating the problem was a group of corrupted mp3's all in the same directory ... once deleted, the problem disappeared .....
