Title: Transfer licence from MC24 to MC25

Hello,

I received an e-mail earlier this week saying that MC25 was available.  It also said that users who had purchased a licence for MC24 within the last 12 months would be entitled to a free upgrade to MC25. I thought this reflected well on the company and justified my purchase (in November 2018).

I downloaded the Windows 64-bit version this evening.  It installed fine, alongside MC24.  But it won't accept my previous licence key.  I've looked around and tried entering my key in the Restore page.  That says I need to pay another $25 or so.  Those warm fuzzy feelings of appreciation started to evaporate.

Please can you confirm if the e-mail was sent in error?  Do you support relatively recent purchasers getting the upgrade at no additional cost?

Any MC24 licenses purchased this year (2019) were MC25 licenses that work with both.
