Title: Client machine will not show server on network MC 24 ubuntu

I have an ITX machine (server) connected to a NUC (client) on a local, ethernet, network, ubuntu 18.04 on both computers.
They share files and internet connection.
I have had the server streaming it's library to the NUC, ok, however I have managed to lose the MC server connection. The machines are file sharing no problem.

Have tried clearing and restoring library. The client loads the library but shows the red circle with white line symbol.

any help appreciated.

Has the file path changed at all? The red circle means the library cannot see the actual media file.
