Media Center not displaying synology drive. Can not play from this drive, or connect it to media center library.

Did you import the files?  Tools > Import.

Are you on Windows? Is the drive mapped?

Works fine for me... has been very reliable for over a year now.

As rec head, mentioned once the Synology NAS drive is mapped it will show up in MC as just another drive usually under nas (with the name you gave it) plus a drive letter such as Z:\.

Also, can you see it in Windows File Explorer or any other file manager ?

I use a synology 4 bay nas also, no drived maps, with out problems

Just some things I had problems with and tried in the past


DId you try enabling smb v1
