Title: Can not restore JRiver 24

Hello everybody,
I have rebuilt my computer and would like to insist on JRiver Media Center again.
I am in possession of a registration key for JRiver Media Center 24, but if I enter it, I am told that it is unknown.
Can anybody help me further?

You may need to install MC24.  Instructions are here:
