Title: MC24 vs 25 Video Play back stuttering

I upgraded to MC25 from MC24.  I am trying to understand why one 4k file will play just fine in MC24 but in MC25 it is stuttering and no audio.  I have messed around with some of the common setting like Red October Std vs the performance one. Bit streaming vs non bit streaming, hardware accelerate etc.  Still t runs fine on MC24 with the Red October High Performance settings.  MC24 is still loaded on my PC so it is easy to try both. 

I am running a EVGA GTX1070 on a Core i3

Please try the "Weird Problems" thread in my signature and the antivirus link in the first post there.

Try 25.0.31 from the top of this board.

in my case slowdown was due to antivirus … had exception set for MC24 in antivirus … but forgot to do it for MC25 when upgraded
