(long story short...)
One evening when i wanted to enjoy music, I had an issue. I had done an upgrade that afternoon, but I did not check if the upgrade worked on my ancient hardware. My fault. I knew my hardware was old, and I should have checked if the new version worked as soon as I installed it. But I didn't.
So I posted the symptoms and the issue was quickly resolved. J River bailed me out.
All software have issues.
Great software is not just how great it works, but how great the developers resolve issues that arise.
Support. After you buy it. Support. Such support is most excellent here.
