On my server I got since the last updates the message:

MC 25: Install Wizard could not copy all files. Windows must restarded ... to complete setup. I don't have that on my PC and media renderer.

What is different?

Something was still running that prevented files from being replaced. Only your PC knows what was different.

Got it - the server process of MC was running.
