Title: "Remove Empty folder" pop-up disappeared

I change something and this pop-up never appear again when a folder get empty
How can I make it back again?

Open options, type 'confirm' in the search field at the bottom...

Click on the "Reset all confirmation messages..." option that you now see.
It resets them all at once, you cannot be selective.
