Is there a way with mc9 to include .m3u playists on the root layout of the cd when burning? I have the Riovolt sp250 that will read playlists. But looking in the burn queue of mc9 I don't see how to get my exported .m3u playlist in the list.

MC burns an m3u playlist on the CD every time you do a data burn.

I have several playlists designed for the same set of songs so I would have more than just a generic all the songs playist.
Would I have to burn several sessions and if the song already exists on the cd it won't write it out again?

You can create as many playlists as you like, than just drag and drop them from explorer into the burning window (in the root directory of the CD).
Multi-session won't help you, it just updates the existing playlist.m3u file to include the newly added tracks.
