Title: Mixed photo video playlist is skipping videos (solved)

Hello, I'm running JRiver 25 on Windows 10 on a 3 year old laptop with an SSD.  I have a mixed playlist of jpeg photos and .mp4 videos.  When I run the playlist the jpeg photos play as expected but the videos are almost always skipped.  I can play the videos normally if I click on them directly.  I created a Windows Defender exception for the folder containing the playlist files and no other AV is installed.  I have been trying different setting in General, Images, and video, nothing seems to help.  The image transition time is 3 seconds.

Also, how can I tell how long the playlist will run?  I can see the videos as about 2 hours for 40 clips but in the playlist with photos and videos, I don't see the playlist run time.

I can't reproduce that.  I made a playlist of pictures and videos and they all play fine.

Maybe make sure you're running the latest copy of MC 25.

Thanks for your help Matt.  I changed to the latest channel and updated from 25.0.37 to .40 but the videos are still getting skipped.  I also changed the image duration from 0:03 to 0:10, no luck there either.  Can you think of any settings that may be different on my system that could cause this?

Is it possible the videos just aren't playable for some reason?  Maybe try a playlist of only the videos to check.

Just the videos in a playlist played for more about 45 minutes with no problems.  Can you try with my files?  I'll send you a pm with a link.

Selecting all the playlist files and rh clicking on play works for me.  Thanks for that tip.  This is solved enough for my event this weekend!

Next build will have this change:
Fixed: When a playlist was started with an image, it would trim to only images instead of playing everything in the list.
