Title: Program Guide won't load

I finally had time to installed Media Center 25 from 24, and I have been trying the last hour to load the program guide, and it does nothing. The cursor blinks under Win32 setup etc.  and the selection box pops up a few times then says no data loaded.... I am using default Microsoft as I did in Media Center 24

mc2xml is no longer working.  We're looking around and Perc Data might be the best choice.

Again mc2xml works fine, it's the listing provider (Rovi/MS) that is to blame. $25-$30/year for reliable and better guide info is worth it. It's one BIG reason I ditched WMC years ago for MC.

There are a lot of WMC users that have switched to schedules direct.  I know JRiver can also import Percdata guide info if you subscribe.  I use EPG123 to generate the MXF guide for WMC, and the XMLTV guide for JRiver.  One big advantage of using epg123 over the schedules direct option in MC2XML is that my channel logos were populated without adding them manually.  I haven't paid much attention my JRiver guide data just yet but I know in WMC I get full cast & Crew, synopsis, etc.

I switched to Perc Data last night, and it went flawlessly. To me, it is worth the small fee to not have to worry if an entity is going to quit dedicating time to a program that they don't want to support any more.

BTW, thanks for all the help, and advice
