Title: MC25 opens and locks up [Solved]

Recently I received a message saying that there was a problem with my MC25 and that I should back up the files and reinstall MC25 if the problem persisted.  I backed up the files, but it persisted and now MC25 loads automatically and freezes.  I can't shut it down with the "top right red X" or with the icon in the tray.
In an attempted uninstall work-around I got to Apps and Features but MC25 was still unresponsive.  I can only close the program by crashing out.

Your help is, as always, greatly appreciated.

I have fix my machine so that messages from JRiver no longer go to Bulk Mail....

After working for two hours trying to get into Safe Mode I gave up and did a System Restore.
After that didn't help getting around on the screen, on a whim I rebooted my wireless mouse and the left clicker started working again.
Problem solved.
MC25 reinstalled and up and running.
Ain't it great!
