The Forum Is Really Slow This Weekend.

Cream and Strawberries

Today I Walked Out Back And Got Some Strawberries Off Some Of My Strawberry Plants.

Take About 10 Good Size Strawberries And Slice Them Thin.

Take Some Heavy Whipping Cream (I Always Have Some For Coffee) Add It To The Strawberries.

Include 2 Spoons of Sugar

Mix It Up

Let It Stand About 5 Mins

Good Eats.

Sounds really good.

Whipping cream (not whipped cream) is wonderful stuff. A little parmesan and romano, maybe some butter and olive oil, and you've got a nice alfredo sauce. Deglaze a pan with some bourbon and shallots, and add some whipping cream, and you have a wonderful steak sauce.

Of course, since it tastes good, it is fattening.
